As another year ends for us at iFind, it’s incredible to look back at everything we’ve achieved as a team.
Firstly, a huge thank you to every client who trusted us with their hiring, every candidate who put their faith in us to help with the next step in their career, and of course our team, who continue to go above and beyond every single day. None of this would be possible without you.

But beyond the numbers, what we’re most proud of is the culture we’ve continued to build year in, year out.
Throughout the year we’ve shared more of the people behind iFindTech, giving everyone the chance to get to know our team a little better. Recruitment is built on relationships, and we’re incredibly lucky to have a group of people who genuinely care about the candidates and clients they work with every day.
There have been plenty of challenges along the way, but they’ve only made us stronger. Watching the team continue to grow, develop, and support one another has been one of the biggest highlights.
On another note, we’re also growing our own team and are currently hiring for a Marketing Coordinator/Lead. If you’re creative, ambitious and want to be part of a business that’s continuing to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

One thing we’ve learned after years in recruitment…
The best people don’t burn themselves out.
The highest performing teams aren’t the ones celebrating 80 hour weeks. They’re the ones where people actually switch off, take their holidays and come back recharged.
Rested minds make better decisions.
Better decisions build better companies.
So if you’re taking some time off this summer, don’t feel guilty. Go outside, spend time with family and disconnect for a while.
