Improve innovation

Employees who trust that their organisation is committed to improving and supporting diversity increase their ability to innovate by 83%. We collaborate with clients to establish this trust by celebrating their diversity credentials throughout the hiring process.

Increase investment

Tech Nation suggest there is up to 453% higher investment unlocked by directors sitting on diverse boards. iFindTech helps clients attract international leaders from our global network, unlocking future growth.

Solve Problems

The Harvard Business Review concluded teams who are cognitively diverse solve problems faster than teams who are cognitively similar. Our consultants regularly headhunt talent from varied backgrounds and career paths to add unique value.

Broaden

Within a globalised, open world, diversity is everywhere. Especially within customer bases. Having diverse talent within teams broadens market-specific knowledge and helps to increase customer service effectiveness.

Retain talent

Unfair treatment or equality issues in the workplace is the largest driver of turnover in the tech industry. It can cost companies up to £4 billion per year. We’re actively working with clients to turn the tide by creating happy, high-performing teams and environments.

Reduce barriers

A study has shown the two biggest barriers for women in tech are a lack of mentors (48%) and a lack of female role models (42%). iFindTech is committed to improving these numbers and placing more inspirational women leaders in tech.

Women in tech

Following this necessary drive to increase diversity in the workplace, iFindTech continues to support ‘Women in Tech’ initiatives. Data suggests there are currently only 19% of women employed in technology jobs across the Nordics. A troubling gender equality statistic that our team is proactively helping clients to re-balance.

We are extremely proud that in 2023, 31% of our development placements were women, increasing to 70% within IT Management positions.

Maja

Senior Go Developer

“Women shouldn’t be afraid to put themselves forward for the jobs they want. iFindTech’s team encouraged me from our first conversation to push myself and reach out for the role I really wanted.”

Hanne

Full Stack Engineer

“The technology sector is in a constant state of flux and evolution. And diversity comes into that. I can already see a change in mindset about it. Not only within my team, but the wider industry. I think the future is full of opportunities for women like me.”

Lotta

Senior .NET Developer

“Five or six years ago, if you were working in tech you had to be comfortable being the only female voice in the room. I believe that’s changing now. And businesses are getting stronger because of it. Talent and expertise still matter. But now, more women are being identified by companies like iFindTech, helping them to develop their chosen career paths”.
