Commission — Market leading commission structure, which is uncapped with no threshold.

Training — In-house training and regular workshops with the best external trainers.

Leave — 20 days holiday, plus public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period off.

Wellness — Two days per year where you can spend time for yourself, without giving us any notice. No questions asked.

Flexibility — Workout, go for a run, or enjoy a walk with no set time restrictions on when you take your lunch breaks.

Social — As a team, we have lunch together two Fridays per month. Paid for by the company.
