Chief Technology Officer

As a Head of Tech in Stockholm, you have 10-15 Software Engineers as direct reports and you will report directly to our Head of Tech, who is also based in Stockholm. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that Lunar has the right competencies and organizational design to support the tech strategy and our vision of becoming the best in the Nordics when it comes to everything about money and finances.

Another main pillar of your role will be to make sure that the squads are up to speed with their individual missions and that they are providing value – either internally or to our users, depending on the squad. Together with the squads and architects, you will ensure that Lunar lives up to the necessary standards in terms of architecture and principals.

Lunar is in hypergrowth, which means you will be part of growing the team of engineers in Stockholm. That means that you will be recruiting and onboarding talented employees, just like you will be making sure that they are given the right opportunities to grow and develop.

You have probably stopped writing code yourself, but you still enjoy having technical talks with engineers and colleagues in order to find the right solutions and fix issues. You know when to step in and when to let the experts do their job and you are good at showing up and leading the way when necessary.

You have proven experience from a similar role or maybe you are ready to take the next step and try your hand at being Head of Tech. The most important part is that you are passionate about creating value and having the right people to do that with.

You are a strong communicator and love to collaborate closely with other departments than tech, such as Product, Operations and Design. In other words, you know that team work makes the dream work and that we are better when we put our strengths together.

Salary: 90,000 SEK – 110,000 SEK Per Month
